A small but welcome addition - choosing the difficulty level!

So what is the difference between the difficulty levels?
* Number of enemies spawned initially
* Number of enemies added once a level is cleared
* Health of enemies
* Enemy movement speed

To make it fair you will get more points on the harder difficulty levels, making you stack up fat highscores faster - if your good ;)
