Menu and savepoint - hooray!

A glorious menu has been added :) Or well.. A menu at least :)

This also allows you to save your progress and then return to that point later on - no need to play through all the sections again. As soon as the player hits a save point in game, that save point is now stored and you can reach it by simply choosing "Continue" from the menu.
If you'd like to restart fresh you can choose to start a new game as well.

Available in version 1.41 and 1.4
